Marlette Red Raiders (Marlette, MI) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Peck Pirates (Peck, MI), 49-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Marlette upgrades its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to Kingston (Kingston, MI) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Friday, March 3. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 22-1. Kingston won 58-17 in their recent non-league bout against Brown City (Brown City, MI)
