In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Johns Creek Gladiators lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-11 victory over the Alpharetta Raiders.
The Gladiators now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cannon for a non-league test on Friday, March 3. Johns Creek will face a Cougars squad coming off a 12-7 non-league loss to Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Raiders face the East Paulding Raiders (Dallas, GA) in a 5A-6A Area 3 test, on Thursday, March 2. Alpharetta will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Raiders come into the test with a 0-7 record after their 10-8 non-league loss to Allatoona (Acworth, GA).
