The Pinecrest Patriots baseball team (Southern Pines, NC), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the host Terry Sanford Bulldogs (Fayetteville, NC)

The Bulldogs now hold a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jack Britt for a non-league outing on Friday, March 3. Terry Sanford will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Pine Forest (Fayetteville, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-1.
