The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Thompson Warriors (Alabaster, AL) and the visiting Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL), saw Thompson's soccer squad get by Homewood by a count of 2-1.
The Warriors now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Spain Park for a non-league test on Friday, March 3. Thompson will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Mountain Brook (Birmingham, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Homewood drops to 1-2 on the season. The Patriots travel to Minor (Adamsville, AL) to meet the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, March 13. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-2.
