The Chargers (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Coronado (El Paso, TX). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league outing with a 6-4 record. In their last outing, Coronado was overwhelmed by Judson (Converse, TX), 4-3, in a non-league outing.

Next, the Panthers confront the Taft Raiders (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 29 outing, on Tuesday, March 5. O'Connor will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Raiders go into the outing with a 2-8 record after their 11-4 non-league loss to Alexander (Laredo, TX).
