Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Dewey Bulldoggers (Dewey, OK) and the host Edison Eagles (Tulsa, OK), saw Dewey's baseball squad knock off Edison by a count of 6-4.

Coming up next, the Bulldoggers play the Tonkawa Buccaneers (Tonkawa, OK) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 2. Dewey will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.

The Eagles now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Coweta for a 5A District 4 battle on Monday, March 4. Edison will play a Tigers squad coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Fort Gibson (Fort Gibson, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
