The Fort Thomas Apaches baseball team scored 16 runs and limited the host San Carlos Braves to 0 in the Apaches non-league victory on Friday.
The Apaches (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Lightning go into the 1A East match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Lincoln Prep ran past Maryvale Prep (Phoenix, AZ), 34-1, in a non-league match.
The Braves (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Alchesay (Whiteriver, AZ). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Alchesay ran past Page (Page, AZ), 11-1, in a league match.
