Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the McAllen Bulldogs (McAllen, TX) and the visiting United Longhorns (Laredo, TX), saw McAllen's baseball squad knock off United by a count of 4-0.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the Jones Trojans (Beeville, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 2. McAllen will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to La Joya (La Joya, TX).
