The Apponequet Regional Lakers tipped the visiting Lowell Catholic Crusaders basketball team by a final score of 72-70 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Lakers face the Dover-Sherborn Raiders (Dover, MA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 4. Apponequet Regional will attempt to move on its 12-9 season record. The Raiders enter the game with a 13-8 record after their 47-46 non-league win over St. Mary's (Lynn, MA).
With the defeat, Lowell Catholic moves to 10-12 on the year.
