The Wessington Springs Spartans basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Corsica/Stickney Jaguars to 35 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now sport a 22-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waverly/South Shore for a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 5. Wessington Springs will meet a Coyotes team coming off a 54-45 non-league win over Aberdeen Christian (Aberdeen, SD). The Coyotes record now stands at 16-6.
