In Friday's non-league match, the host Pine Lake Prep Pride basketball team scored a good 67-54 triumph over the Walkertown Wolfpack.

In their next game, the Pride meet the West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, March 5. Pine Lake Prep will attempt to better on its 21-8 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 21-7 record after their 61-59 non-league win over Patton (Morganton, NC).

With the defeat, Walkertown moves to 22-7 on the year.
