The Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) basketball nipped the host Mt. Hebron Vikings (Ellicott City, MD), 42-35 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cougars (14-9) will now prepare for their test against Howard (Ellicott City, MD). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 15-6 record. In their last test, Howard got by Glenelg (Glenelg, MD), 43-39, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now own a 11-9 record.
