The IMG Academy Blue Ascenders lacrosse team scored 11 points and held the visiting Cypress Creek Coyotes to 8 in the Ascenders non-league win on Friday.

The Ascenders (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pomfret School (Pomfret, CT). The Griffins come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record.

In their next game, the Coyotes clash with the East Lake Eagles (Tarpon Springs, FL) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 4. Cypress Creek will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 4-2 record after their 21-5 non-league loss to Sickles (Tampa, FL).
