The Cubs now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host La Salle for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 5. Mayfield will face a Lancers squad coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Flintridge Prep (La Canada, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Alhambra falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Moors travel to Polytechnic (Pasadena, CA) to face the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 4. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 6-2. Polytechnic lost 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Flintridge Sacred Heart (La Canada-Flintridge, CA)
