In Friday's non-league contest, the Lodi Flames (Lodi, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Hughson Huskies (Hughson, CA), by a margin of 7-2.

With the triumph, Lodi moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Flames travel to Atwater (Atwater, CA) to play the Falcons in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 2. The Falcons come into the contest with a record of 1-4. Atwater lost 6-2 in their recent non-league contest against Ceres (Ceres, CA)
