Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Norte Vista Braves (Riverside, CA), 7-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Titans now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hamilton for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 4. Tahquitz will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to San Jacinto Valley Academy (San Jacinto, CA). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Norte Vista falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Braves host Ramona (Riverside, CA) to face the Rams in a River Valley challenge on Tuesday, March 5. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 3-7. Ramona lost 10-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA)
