California High School Softball - Walnut topped by Ontario Christian

In Friday's non-league contest, the Ontario Christian Knights (Ontario, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Walnut Mustangs (Walnut, CA), by a margin of 14-4.

With the triumph, Ontario Christian moves its record to 2-5 on the year. The Knights host Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) to play the Grizzlies in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 2. The Grizzlies come into the contest with a record of 3-3. Los Osos lost 7-1 in their recent non-league contest against Schurr (Montebello, CA)

In their next game, the Mustangs play the El Rancho Dons (Pico Rivera, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, March 4. Walnut will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Dons come into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 12-1 league loss to California (Whittier, CA).
