In Friday's non-league contest, the Savanna Rebels (Anaheim, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros (Garden Grove, CA), by a margin of 18-0.

With the triumph, Savanna moves its record to 1-8 on the year. The Rebels travel to La Quinta (Westminster, CA) to play the Aztecs in a non-league contest on Monday, March 4. The Aztecs come into the contest with a record of 2-3. La Quinta lost 19-4 in their recent non-league contest against Anaheim (Anaheim, CA)

In their next game, the Vaqueros play the Saddleback Roadrunners (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, March 6. Rancho Alamitos will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Roadrunners come into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 21-0 non-league loss to Santa Ana Valley (Santa Ana, CA).
