South Grand Prairie Warriors (Grand Prairie, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Robinson Rockets (Robinson, TX), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Magnolia West for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. South Grand Prairie will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 19-4 non-league win over Corsicana (Corsicana, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-8.

With the loss, Robinson falls to 16-3 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Red Oak (Red Oak, TX) to face the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 2. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 7-5. Red Oak lost 9-0 in their recent non-league challenge against West (West, TX)
