The Brennan Bears (San Antonio, TX) baseball got by the host Medina Valley Panthers (Castroville, TX), 5-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bears now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harlan for a 6A Region IV District 29 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. Brennan will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Steele (Cibolo, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 3-7.
With the defeat, Medina Valley drops to 5-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to Stevens (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 6. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 4-3.
