The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Zachary Broncos (Zachary, LA) and the host Brother Martin Crusaders (New Orleans, LA), saw Zachary's baseball team gain a win over Brother Martin by a tally of 17-7.
The Broncos (8-7) will now prepare for their battle against Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Dunham prevailed over Hahnville (Boutte, LA), 7-3, in a non-league battle.
