The Hornets (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Central Private (Baker, LA). The Redhawks enter the non-league battle with a 9-4 record.

Next, the Tigers face the Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls (Kenner, LA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 3. Morgan City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Swamp Owls enter the battle with a 6-5 record after their 11-3 non-league loss to John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA).
