The Colbert Leopards (Colbert, OK) baseball trounced the visiting Dodd City Hornets (Dodd City, TX), 15-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Leopards now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Soper for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. Colbert will clash with a Bears team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Hugo (Hugo, OK). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Dodd City drops to 0-2 on the year. The Hornets travel to Savoy (Savoy, TX) to clash with the Cardinals in a 2A Region II District 11 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Cardinals go into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Savoy lost 15-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Grayson Christian (Sherman, TX)
