The Magnolia West Mustangs (Magnolia, TX) baseball trounced the host Cypress Park Tigers (Cypress, TX), 10-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Klein Forest for a 6A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, March 4. Magnolia West will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 10-1 non-league loss to George Ranch (Richmond, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Cypress Park drops to 2-5 on the year. The Tigers travel to Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Cy-Fair lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX)
