The El Dorado Cougars baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting South Tahoe Vikings to 0 in the Cougars non-league win on Saturday.

The Cougars now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cosumnes Oaks for a non-league test on Monday, March 3. El Dorado will play a Wolfpack team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, South Tahoe drops to 0-1 on the year. The Vikings travel to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to play the Miners in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. The Miners go into the test with a record of 1-2. Nevada Union lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Center (Antelope, CA)
