The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) and the host Glenwood Gators (Phenix City, AL), saw Mill Creek's baseball team gain a win over Glenwood by a tally of 8-1.

The Hawks (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, North Gwinnett held off Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Gators face the Opelika Bulldogs (Opelika, AL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 4. Glenwood will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 7-4 record after their 8-3 non-league loss to Charles Henderson (Troy, AL).
