The Rebels now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southside Christian for a non-league challenge on Monday, March 3. James F. Byrnes will clash with a Sabres team coming off a 9-7 non-league win over Clover (Clover, SC). The Sabres record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Woodruff drops to 1-1 on the year. The Wolverines host Blue Ridge (Greer, SC) to clash with the Fighting Tigers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 5. The Fighting Tigers go into the challenge with a record of 2-1. Blue Ridge won 7-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Union County (Union, SC)
