In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting John Curtis Christian Patriots baseball team scored a nice 15-0 win over the Patterson Lumberjacks.

The Patriots (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA). The Green Wave go into the non-league game with a 8-4 record. In their last game, Ponchatoula knocked off St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA), 11-4, in a non-league game.

Next, the Lumberjacks play the South Lafourche Tarpons (Galliano, LA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 3. Patterson will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Tarpons go into the game with a 6-5 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Bonnabel (Kenner, LA).
