Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Lawrence County Wildcats (Lawrenceburg, TN), 58-53 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Upperman advances its record to 25-2 on the year. The Bees travel to Giles County (Pulaski, TN) to face the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 4. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 20-10. Giles County won 71-52 in their recent non-league match against Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN)

The Wildcats now own a 15-13 record.
