Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Rampart Rams (Colorado Springs, CO), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Cherry Creek improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bruins travel to Overland (Aurora, CO) to face the Trailblazers in a test on Tuesday, April 1. The Trailblazers go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Rams now own a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mullen for a non-league test on Saturday, March 1. Rampart will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Regis Groff (Denver, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-1.
