With the win, Whittier improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Cardinals travel to La Canada (La Canada, CA) to face the Spartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 4. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 3-0. La Canada won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Chaminade (West Hills, CA)

The Falcons now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southlands Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. Duarte will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
