The Beloved Community Charter Owls basketball squad (Jersey City, NJ), was crushed 68-14 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting University Phoenix (Newark, NJ)

With the victory, University advances its record to 12-5 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Belvidere (Belvidere, NJ) to meet the County Seaters in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 4. The County Seaters enter the battle with a record of 13-4. Belvidere won 43-37 in their recent non-league battle against Secaucus (Secaucus, NJ)
