The Mica Mountain Thunderbolts basketball squad (Tucson, AZ), was nudged 62-59 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ)
With the victory, Mingus advances its record to 22-7 on the year. The Marauders travel to Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ) to meet the Eagles in a 4A Grand Canyon battle on Tuesday, March 4. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 24-7.
The Thunderbolts now own a 21-9 record.
