The Golden Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Columbia (Huntsville, AL). The Eagles enter the 6A Area 15 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Columbia was edged by New Hope (New Hope, AL), 10-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Tharptown Wildcats (Russellville, AL) in a 1A-3A Region 8 battle, on Tuesday, March 4. Madison Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 0-3 record after their 6-0 league loss to Clements (Athens, AL).
