In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Riverside Warriors soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets.
With the triumph, Riverside moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Warriors host Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC) to meet the Bulldogs in a AAAAA Region 2 match on Monday, March 3. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 1-1. Boiling Springs lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC)
The Yellow Jackets now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Catawba Ridge for a AAAAA Region 3 match on Tuesday, March 11.
