The San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA) baseball trounced the visiting Washington Eagles (San Francisco, CA), 10-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Bearcats now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Menlo School for a challenge on Tuesday, March 4. San Mateo will clash with a Knights team coming off a 11-7 non-league win over Westmont (Campbell, CA). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Washington drops to 0-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to University (San Francisco, CA) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 8. The Red Devils go into the challenge with a record of 2-0.
