The Saugus Centurions baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Tustin Tillers to 0 in the Centurions non-league win on Saturday.

The Centurions now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Canyon for a test on Wednesday, March 12. Saugus will play a Cowboys team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Royal (Simi Valley, CA). The Cowboys record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Tustin drops to 1-4 on the year. The Tillers host Valencia (Placentia, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, March 3. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 1-2. Valencia won 12-3 in their recent non-league test against Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA)
