The Manatee Hurricanes lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the host Out-of-Door Academy Thunder to 2 in the Hurricanes non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Hurricanes now hold a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Plant for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 5.
With the loss, Out-of-Door Academy falls to 1-3 on the year. The Thunder host Saint Stephen's Episcopal (Bradenton, FL) to clash with the Falcons in a challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Saint Stephen's Episcopal won 19-4 in their recent league challenge against Boca Ciega (Gulfport, FL)
