The St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders lacrosse squad scored 11 points and limited the host Newsome Wolves to 5 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Raiders now own a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Edward's for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. St. Thomas Aquinas will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 13-10 non-league win over Martin County (Stuart, FL). The Pirates record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Newsome falls to 4-3 on the year. The Wolves host Durant (Plant City, FL) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 5. The Cougars go into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Durant lost 18-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Robinson (Tampa, FL)
