The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Bosqueville Bulldogs (Waco, TX) and the host Blum Bobcats (Blum, TX), observed Bosqueville's softball team notch a victory over Blum by a final score of 13-1.

The Bulldogs (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Jonesboro (Jonesboro, TX). The Eagles go into the 2A Region II District 12 bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Jonesboro gained a win over Gholson (Waco, TX), 17-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Hubbard Jaguars (Hubbard, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, March 4. Blum will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 8-1 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Itasca (Itasca, TX).
