Mississippi High School Softball - Newton County tipped by Brandon

The Brandon Bulldogs the host Newton County Cougars softball squad by a count of 6-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Madison Central Jaguars (Madison, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 3. Brandon will attempt to upgrade on its 6-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 9-7 non-league win over Lewisburg (Olive Branch, MS).

The Cougars (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Enterprise (Enterprise, MS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Enterprise by Raleigh (Raleigh, MS), 10-4, in a non-league challenge.
