The Muleshoe Mules softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Clarendon Broncos to 3 in the Mules non-league win on Saturday.

The Mules now possess a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Idalou for a 3A Region I District 2 battle on Tuesday, March 4. Muleshoe will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Seminole (Seminole, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Clarendon moves to 2-2 on the season. The Broncos travel to Childress (Childress, TX) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league battle on Monday, March 3. The Bobcats come into the battle with a record of 7-6. Childress lost 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against Burkburnett (Burkburnett, TX)
