The Helena Huskies softball squad (Helena, AL), 3-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Sparkman Senators (Harvest, AL)

With the triumph, Sparkman improves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Senators travel to Brooks (Killen, AL) to face the Lions in a non-league contest on Monday, March 3. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 2-3. Brooks won 7-5 in their recent non-league contest against Grissom (Huntsville, AL)

The Huskies now hold a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 1. Helena will face a Tigers squad coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-0.
