The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the London Pirates (Corpus Christi, TX) and the visiting Ray Texans (Corpus Christi, TX), observed London's softball team notch a victory over Ray by a final score of 15-3.

The Pirates (7-4) will now prepare for their bout against Westlake (Austin, TX). The Chaparrals go into the non-league bout with a 6-3 record. In their last bout, Westlake was routed by San Benito (San Benito, TX), 5-3, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Texans battle the Laredo LBJ Wolves (Laredo, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 1. Ray will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 8-6 non-league win over Miller (Corpus Christi, TX).
