The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Stringer Red Devils (Stringer, MS) and the visiting Mendenhall Tigers (Mendenhall, MS), observed Stringer's softball team get by Mendenhall by a final score of 15-12.

The Red Devils (4-2) will now prepare for their bout against Harrison Central (Gulfport, MS). The Red Rebels go into the non-league bout with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Harrison Central tipped Long Beach (Long Beach, MS), 9-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Magee Trojans (Magee, MS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 3. Mendenhall will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 25-10 non-league loss to McLaurin (Florence, MS).
