With the triumph, Richland upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Royals host Argyle (Argyle, TX) to play the Eagles in a 5A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, March 4. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 9-7. Argyle lost 5-0 in their recent non-league game against Hebron (Carrollton, TX)

The Rough Riders now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Brock for a non-league game on Wednesday, March 5. Saginaw will play a Eagles squad coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Randall (Amarillo, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-0.
