Texas High School Softball - Westbrook bested by Winters

The Winters Blizzards triumphed over the host Westbrook Wildcats softball squad by a count of 18-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Blizzards meet the Ballinger Bearcats (Ballinger, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 18. Winters will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.

The Wildcats (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Hamlin (Hamlin, TX). The Pied Pipers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Hamlin was routed by De Leon (De Leon, TX), 7-5, in a non-league challenge.
