Greenville Red Raiders (Greenville, SC) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC), 9-7 in a non-league battle.

The Red Raiders now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Nation Ford for a non-league battle on Friday, March 12. Greenville will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 10-5 non-league win over Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC). The Falcons record now stands at 4-1.

In their next game, the Mavericks clash with the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets (Anderson, SC) in a 5A District 1 battle, on Monday, March 15. Mauldin will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 14-8 league loss to Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC).
