In Thursday's non-league game, the host Lee Ganders baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Northbrook Raiders.
The Ganders (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Ball (Galveston, TX). The Tornadoes go into the 5A Region III District 22 game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Ball was edged by Friendswood (Friendswood, TX), 5-0, in a league game.
The Raiders (9-4) will now prepare for their game against Galena Park (Galena Park, TX). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league game with a 6-3 record.
