The Smithson Valley Rangers the visiting Round Rock Westwood Warriors baseball team by a count of 4-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Rangers now possess a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wagner for a 6A Region IV District 27 bout on Tuesday, March 15. Smithson Valley will face a Thunderbirds team coming off a 10-2 non-league loss to Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 8-6.
Next, the Warriors face the Leander Lions (Leander, TX) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 26. Round Rock Westwood will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record.
